LAUREN MCDONALD
Lauren is the founder and Director of LYNOTT, the Irish jewellery brand she launched in 2021 and has grown to five retail locations across the Brown Thomas Arnotts group, alongside a thriving e-commerce business. LYNOTT is an Enterprise Ireland client company, and Lauren and LYNOTT were featured in the Aer Lingus inflight magazine as the brand launched on board in 2026.
She is also the founder of Seilfi, a stock and inventory system for retailers, and co-founder of Rasberri Group. A graduate of UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Lauren works with founders on the practical side of building a business: strategy, e-commerce, retail, marketing, operations and the systems that hold it all together.

Do you run a business start programme for new founders?
Yes. Our business programmes take you from an idea to a clear, launch-ready plan, including an 8-week programme for founders getting started. We work through strategy, e-commerce, retail, marketing and operations in a structured way, so you know what to do and in what order. Once the plan is ready, our web development team can build the website to launch it.
Do you work with businesses outside Dublin?
Yes. We're based in Dublin and work with founders and growing brands across Ireland and the UK. Mentorship, programmes and project support all run well remotely, and we meet in person where it makes sense. The rest of the Rasberri support system, from customer service to AI integration, is delivered remotely too, so location is never a barrier.
